What is your return policy?
Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our tanning products, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We inspect every bottle carefully, but if your order was damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact our team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it. We will happily arrange a free exchange for you.
Do you deliver all across Lebanon and how long does it take?
Yes, we deliver to all regions in Lebanon! Delivery to Beirut and surrounding areas typically takes 1–3 business days, while deliveries to the North, South, and Bekaa regions take 3–5 business days.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Absolutely. We offer Cash on Delivery across all Lebanese territories. You can pay the courier in either USD cash or in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) calculated at the daily market rate upon arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Once an order has been picked up by our courier service (usually within a few hours), we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify it.
Is it safe to use this oil if I have sensitive skin?
KIRA Tanning Oil is formulated with nourishing ingredients like Coconut Oil, Carrot Oil, Vitamin E, and Coenzyme Q10 to keep skin soft and deeply hydrated. However, we always recommend doing a quick patch test on a small area of skin before your first full beach day.
